These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetLocalStar platform and services (the "Service") provided by GetLocalStar ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetLocalStar helps businesses collect, monitor, and respond to customer reviews (including via Google Business Profile), send review requests and messages by SMS, WhatsApp, and email, generate AI-assisted replies and insights, and analyze results. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for obtaining recipient consent. You agree to indemnify GetLocalStar against claims arising from your messaging or your failure to obtain consent. See our SMS Opt-in / Consent Policy.
Messaging is subject to your plan's allowances and any prepaid credits or add-ons you purchase. Message and data rates charged by carriers may apply to recipients. Some features depend on third-party accounts (e.g., your own Twilio or WhatsApp Business account) that you are responsible for maintaining.
Paid plans and add-ons are billed through our payment providers. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions activate on selection and run for the stated period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
The Service integrates with third parties including Google, Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by GetLocalStar and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that message delivery is guaranteed by carriers or platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetLocalStar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
